Abstract Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted online at:

Formatting Requirements

Abstracts must be typed single-space in English
Use at least 10 point size font
Must fit within the designated space (not exceeding 2000 characters)
List authors by initials and surname (maximum 5 authors)
Do not include title, names, or institution names in the body of the abstract
Name of the presenting author should be in bold
Tables and graphs are allowed (each counts as 600 characters)
Photographs/images will not be accepted

Important Notes

Proofread carefully for factual and spelling errors
Names and order of authors will be published exactly as submitted
The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference
The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.

Presentation Options

Free Papers Sessions (Oral Presentation)

Participants applying for oral presentations must pay a fee of ₹600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) up to August 31.
After this date, the fee will be ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). Final submission deadline is October 31.

Dr. M. Vishwanathan Poster Presentation

Participants applying for poster presentations must pay a fee of ₹600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) up to August 31.
After this date, the fee will be ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). Final submission deadline is October 31.
